Tender chicken slow-cooked with preserved lemons, olives, and aromatic spices in the traditional North African style.
Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken thighs
- 1 whole preserved lemon
- 1 cup green olives
- 2 whole onion
- 3 clove garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Directions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
