Hangry Family is a recipe sharing platform designed specifically for families to preserve and share their culinary heritage. We provide tools to store recipes, create family groups, and connect with loved ones through food.
Yes! Hangry Family is completely free to use. You can create an account, share recipes, join family groups, and access all our features at no cost.
After logging in, navigate to the 'Families' section and click 'Create Family'. Enter your family name, add a description, and choose whether you want the group to be public or private. Once created, you can invite family members to join.
Absolutely! When creating a recipe, you can choose to share it with specific family groups or keep it completely private. Private recipes are only visible to you and family members you explicitly share them with.
When creating or editing a recipe, click the 'Add Image' button to upload photos from your device. You can add multiple images to showcase different stages of preparation or the final dish.
Yes! You can save any public recipe to your personal collection by clicking the 'Save' button on the recipe page. Saved recipes are easily accessible from your profile.
Yes! Hangry Family is available on both iOS and Android through our mobile app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play Store to access your recipes on the go.
On any recipe page, you can leave a rating (1-5 stars) and write a review sharing your experience making the dish. Your feedback helps other home cooks find the best recipes.
Currently, we recommend manually entering recipes to ensure all details are captured correctly. We're working on an import feature that will be available in a future update.
To delete your account, go to your profile settings and select 'Delete Account'. Please note that this will permanently remove all your recipes and data. Make sure to save any content you want to keep before deleting.
Yes, we take data security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information and recipes. Your private recipes are only accessible to you and those you choose to share them with.
