A vibrant Korean rice bowl topped with seasoned vegetables, marinated beef, a fried egg, and spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cup short-grain rice
- 8 oz beef sirloin
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 whole carrot
- 1 whole zucchini
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Directions

Cook short-grain rice according to package directions.

Marinate thinly sliced beef in soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.

Sauté julienned vegetables separately with a pinch of salt.
