Ingredients
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 4 whole egg yolks
- 6 whole egg whites
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter and sugar four ramekins.

Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.

Whisk egg yolks into melted chocolate.

Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold one-third of whites into chocolate, then fold in the rest.

Divide into ramekins. Bake 12-14 minutes until risen but center jiggles.
